Wasabi Crusted Salmon Recipe

I don't know about you, but I'm a huge salmon fan. Add wasabi to the mix and I'm hooked! Here is a quick and easy (under 20 minutes and 5 ingredients!) recipe for my favorite Wasabi Crusted Salmon.

2 salmon fillets
4 tablespoons light mayo
2 teaspoons wasabi powder
Sprinkle of garlic powder
1/2 cup panko or regular breadcrumbs

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and thaw salmon.

2. Mix mayo, wasabi powder and garlic in a small bowl.

It'll look a little something like this!

3. Place salmon fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet and spread with mayo mixture.

4. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Looks tasty!

5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through!

Wahlah! A delicious, low calorie fish dish.

The breadcrumbs get crunchy. Yum! (Dishes are from here.)

What's your favorite way to cook fish?
